How is prepaid different from monthly?
With prepaid, you buy 3, 6 or 12 months of access with one payment up front. There is no automatic renewal and no free trial. Monthly access is a subscription that renews every month. The features of your chosen plan stay the same.
Will I be charged again when my period ends?
No. Prepaid access ends when your purchased period is over. To continue, you choose to buy another period. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.
Does Playflix include movies and TV shows?
No. Playflix is a player for your own media. Connect your MEGA storage and Playflix organizes your library with covers and synopses. You need your own media and the right to access it; cloud storage is not included.
How do I receive access?
After your payment is approved, access instructions are sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Check your spam folder too. If you have not received the email within 15 minutes, contact [email protected].
Which currency am I charged in?
All prices on this page are in US dollars (USD). Your one-time payment covers the entire period. The monthly equivalent is only for comparison. Applicable taxes appear at checkout; currency conversion and any card fees depend on your bank.
Can I get a refund if the service does not work?
If the service does not work as described, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase to request a full refund under the Terms of Use. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Which devices can I watch on?
Use Playflix on iPhone, iPad, Android, web browsers, Android TV and Fire TV. Simultaneous playback depends on your plan: 1 screen on Standard, 2 on Duo and up to 4 on Premium.
