FAQs
Quick answers about how PlayFlix works.
How do I subscribe?
Subscriptions are made right here on the website: create your account, choose between the Standard, Duo and Premium plans and add a payment method. Your 7-day free trial starts immediately. Start your free trial.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Every new subscription starts with 7 free days. You won't be charged during the trial — the first charge happens automatically when the trial ends. Cancel before the end of the trial and you pay nothing.
What plans are available?
Standard (1 screen), Duo (up to 2 screens, 4K) and Premium (up to 4 screens, 4K), all billed monthly. You always see the current prices on the plan selection step before confirming.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel after a charge, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] from your account email and we'll take care of it.
Which devices can I use?
You can watch in any modern web browser at web.playflix.tv and on iPhone or iPad with the PlayFlix app on the App Store.
What can I watch on PlayFlix?
Your own media library: connect your personal cloud storage (such as MEGA) and PlayFlix organizes it into a rich catalog with covers, synopses and cast information. PlayFlix does not provide or license media content.
How do profiles work?
Depending on your plan, you can create up to 4 profiles, each with its own preferences — perfect for sharing the subscription with your household.
Do you collect personal data?
We collect only what is needed to run the service — account, subscription, preferences and usage data. Payments are processed by Stripe and we never store your full card number. See the details in our Privacy Policy.
